Adaptation is key to the twenty-first-century city. It is a transscalar and co-creative task, involving all members of the urban ecosystem.

Through design, teaching, and research, my work aims to relate projects on the territorial, urban, and architectural scale to specific places. Within this process, we approach the urban environment holistically and engage a diverse group of community members and stakeholders, to develop both strategies and actions for sustainable urban futures.
